Terms and Conditions

Minimum Contract Value: Discounts apply only to new architectural contracts valued at $50,000 or greater before any discount is applied.

• Eligible Services: Only applies to specified architectural services; excludes pro bono, feasibility studies, or separately priced limited consultations unless otherwise specified.

• New Clients Only: Discounts and referral bonuses may only be used by new clients with no active or previous contracts with David Van Arsdell Architects.

• Referral Discount Activation: Referral discounts for the winner are activated only after each referred friend signs a qualifying contract and submits required deposit/payment.

• One-time Use: Each discount offer is single-use, non-combinable, and is transferable once. If the winner does not need architectural services, they may re-gift the discount to one eligible recipient, pending approval by David Van Arsdell Architects.

• Expiration: All discounts must be redeemed within 24 months of the Expo date.

• Project/Geographic Restrictions: Eligible projects must be located within areas affected by the January 2025 Southern California Wildfires.

• No Cash Value: Discounts have no cash or monetary value and are not exchangeable for cash or future credits.

• Right to Modify or Cancel: David Van Arsdell Architects reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer if necessary, including for insufficient project scope, lack of eligibility, or legal or regulatory reasons.

• Proof of Eligibility: Proof of identification and eligibility may be required for both winner and referrals.
