DVAA assumed the esteemed role of Architect of Record for the Town & Country Shopping Center, nestled in the captivating San Vicente corridor of Brentwood. This cherished shopping center, a longstanding hub for the community since its establishment in 1978, graces the scenic backdrop of coral tree-lined streets.

Our responsibilities encompassed a diverse range of improvements, from the design of second-level offices to the meticulous detailing of custom elements like copper screens, wood railings, and steel office systems. In collaboration with Cactus Store, a distinguished landscape designer, we orchestrated a thorough landscape rehabilitation, enhancing both the aesthetics and practicality of the outdoor spaces. Our oversight extended to parking lot enhancements, new exterior finishes, and updated signage, alongside the addition of new roof decks, collectively contributing to the center's comprehensive rejuvenation.

We take great pride in announcing the successful achievement of full occupancy by the leasing team, a testament to our unwavering commitment to revitalizing and elevating the Town & Country Shopping Center, ensuring its enduring role as a central focal point for the local community.
